Job Description

Experian's Direct-to-Consumer Product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager. Reporting to the VP of Credit & Finances Products, you will lead product and platform programs to transform and expand our credit-focused feature capabilities and strategies. You are comfortable working with all levels of management and across departments. Managing multiple complex programs in a regulated environment is critical. We are looking for someone with a product management and technology background. A product management leader who can dig into the technical side and experience creating meaningful and delightful digital consumer experiences. You have experience in product management, business systems analysis, and familiar with contact center operations.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business/marketing, or a technical field.
  • 7+ years of relevant product management or related experience creating software products and experience in business systems analysis.
  • Financial services experience in addition to hands-on experience in Agile or Lean development and methodology, having functioned as a "Product Owner" or "Scrum Master" for an Agile delivery team.
  • Experience with technology and business processes and how the two depend on one another for solution delivery.
  • Experience defining data integrations in data mapping requirements, API specifications, and data flow diagrams.
  • Previous experience documenting, delivering, and managing new customer-facing products, features, and enhancements, including websites and native applications.
  • Experience taking products from concept to market, including successful launches.
