Senior Product Manager - job 1 of 14

OVERVIEW Drives the vision, strategy, design, and execution plan of assigned Product(s) or Product Line(s). Accountable for ensuring the effort and budget of the Product Line is spent in the way that most advances Sheetz's business strategy and initiatives. React to requests and keep current on industry and technology trends, actively bringing new options to their business partners. Partners with Architecture Team, Cybersecurity Specialists, and IT to ensure technical debt payback, maintenance and modernization are in the roadmap.RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)1. Work collaboratively with internal talent and business stakeholders to define and communicate the product(s) strategy.2. Own and maintain the product / product line roadmap, incorporating economic outcomes, industry and technology trends, user feedback, and in support of Sheetz organizational objectives.3. Contribute to the analysis of competing offerings or capabilities, including any alternatives that internal customers might use, to understand how to offer the differentiated products or services that customers prefer.4. Balance short-term achievements with long-term goals by maintaining a full product life cycle perspective.5. With the support of the Architecture and Product Ownership teams, ensure all work identified for assigned product(s) or product line(s) adheres to the established quality, risk, and security standards & processes from initial concept to delivery of value.6. Responsible for sharing the product vision with Product Ownership and delivery teams to ensure they are building the right product.7. Work with Resource Management and Human Resources to forecast short-term staffing needs and long-term workforce plans to identify gaps that could impact I&T's ability to deliver strategic objectives.8. Create go-to-market plan for any consumer or partner-facing product to be approved by key stakeholders.9. Provide guidance to key stakeholders when creating a rollout plan for any Sheetz team member facing product.10. Partner with portfolio management and processes improvement resources to collect and communicate value stream KPIs and metrics11. Contribute and adhere to the Product “community of practice” processes, templates, and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)Education• Bachelor’s degree in any field with courses in Business, Human Resources, or Information Systems, is required.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or related field is preferred.Experience• Minimum 5 years of IT experience is required.• Minimum 3 years of product management or related experience in project management, IT or business leadership required.Licenses/Certifications• Product Manager/Product Owner (e.g., SAFe, AIPMM) or Project Manager certification preferredTools & Equipment• General Office EquipmentACCOMMODATIONSSheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
