Product Manager

Job Description:

In this technical product manager role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. You will drive product definition for the AI HW acceleration processor and the associated software by analyzing market opportunity, competitive analysis, and customer input in collaboration with Celestial AI engineering teams and the executive team. We are targeting the hosted enterprise and cloud applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of MRD, PRD and product lifecycle planning.

• Driving engineering priorities aligned with customer requirements and product strategy.

• Work closely with multiple engineering domains, such as CTO/Architecture, ASIC, advanced packaging, ML Developer, ML Ops, run-time software and SDK.

• Will work closely with executive team to align product roadmaps with company's strategic goals.

• Developing and executing on 'go to market' strategies.

• Assist with strategic customer acquisition and business development activities

• Assist with developing revenue and margin models and forecast

• Develop strategies for and developing partner eco-system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires Bachelors or master's degree in CS or EE

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management (e.g., creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams)

• Experience with ML hardware and/or software. Experience in both HW and SW is highly desirable

• Ideal candidate would have defined the product requirements for an AI processor, HW accelerator and / or the associated processor software and its tool chain.

• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

• Experience working on high-performing teams

For California location:

As an early startup experiencing explosive growth, we offer an extremely attractive total compensation package, inclusive of competitive base salary and a generous grant of our valuable early-stage equity. The target base salary for this role is approximately $175,000.00 - $205,000.00. The base salary offered may be slightly higher or lower than the target base salary, based on the final scope as determined by the depth of the experience and skills demonstrated by candidate in the interviews.
