Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of AutoGrid’s target markets, market trends, user needs and competitive activity
  • Own the GTM strategy, tactics, and planning for assigned product lines
  • Position and message AutoGrid to win based on an in-depth understanding of the market and the competition
  • Develop core content to support sales enablement, including personas, sales presentations, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards
  • Build outbound collateral, website messaging, and thought leadership content to drive awareness
  • Drive and deliver high-impact product launches and easy to understand demoes
  • Work closely with our partners and channels to ensure working knowledge of our solutions and launch new products
  • Be the voice of the market and our customers inside AutoGrid
  • Provide input into the product roadmap based on a clear understanding of customer pain points
  • Define and support demand generation, product adoption, and partner marketing campaigns and activities
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience teams

Requirements

  • A passion for issues around Sustainability, Energy Transition, Climate Action, Distributed & Renewable Energy
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS solutions product marketing, product management, customer success or related fields in the Energy domain
  • Track record of successfully bringing new products and solutions to market
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver your products in the market and directly to potential customers
  • Proven ability to drive action across all functions within a company
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Startup experience desired, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic yet willing to roll-up your sleeves and execute
  • Consistent track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and leading successful product launches
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across geographies and time zones
  • Bachelor’s Degree
