We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Austin team to help us build the experience around our next generation coffee robot. You will be working with a growing team of Product Managers, Designers, and software engineers to craft a top-notch digital experience for coffee lovers and our operations crew.
The Product Owner is part of the Product & UX team and works closely with business stakeholders and engineering delivery teams onshore and offshore. The Product Owner draws from a deep understanding of user needs, product management and agile delivery techniques to create differentiating software products and features.
The ideal candidate enjoys working across disciplines and teams to solve complex user/business problems and can easily adapt and grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment. They must have a passion for building great products and a desire to continuously improve our solutions based on data.
Support scrum teams via Product Increment planning, managing the product backlog and software development details, and maintaining velocity.
Prioritize and manage backlog and implementation, ensure product execution meets strategy and requirements and refine features into user stories and story acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product Managers to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate, and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.
Lead 1 to 2 scrum teams to build, enhance and manage one or more products, capabilities, or services.
Coordinate with other Product Owners to deliver on a unified vision that crosses multiple teams.
Engage with customers and users as a Subject Matter Expert to understand performance and needs for our products.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to communicate product performance and value for our products.
Assess product performance against KPIs and make adjustments to improve performance and regularly communicate performance of the product/experience to stakeholders and the organization.
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in web and mobile e-commerce.
Requires and applies a broad knowledge of business, product performance and industry principles, practices, and procedures.
Working knowledge of agile methodologies
Experience in working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including Engineering, Finance, and Business Development.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be applied across a diverse set of audiences.
High-level understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.
Work experience in design, development, and implementation of product plans.
Working experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
Working experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

This role is in Austin, TX and requires some amount of time in the office for in person collaboration and working directly with the coffee robot.
