HRS is looking for a Product Owner who is excited to drive products that support and enhance the lives of thousands of healthcare workers and patients each day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and direct customer interaction. You'll partner with Product Management to guide product requirements throughout the execution cycle. Additionally, you will partner closely with the cross-functional teams to enhance processes and provide clarity on requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the Product Manager's roadmap into clearly defined feature sets & requirements,
  • Groom backlog and product requests from multiple sources
  • Contribute to the long-term product vision.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX to ensure that written requirements align with visual
  • Assist with proactively identifying and managing risks
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base, vision, and grow our business
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams by working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success and direct customer interaction.

Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in writing product requirements via User Stories
  • 2+ years of experience in utilizing Jira
  • Experience building and supporting an end user product
  • Curious critical thinker that gets excited about finding creative solutions to problems
  • Experience working with engineering and UI/UX
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate team player who is dedicated to the growth and development of the company, product, team, and individual
  • Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
