Job Title: Quality Control Associate

Reports To: Senior Quality Control Engineer

HRS is looking to add a Quality Control Associate to our growing team. The chosen candidate will work in our warehouse as a part of the last steps of our production process to ensure all hardware components, finished goods, etc., comply with our regulatory specifications, and that all our processes are followed, and our customers satisfied with products and services. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and a meticulous worker who enjoys working on their feet.

This is a full-time position located in Hoboken, NJ.

Responsibilities

Work in the warehouse to assist testing bluetooth pairing and functionality of all kit devices
Confirm tablet connectivity, device pairing, device transmission and all box contents meet HRS quality standards following all NetSuite processes
Processing for all client orders – PD/non-PD kits, peripherals, and small/large accessory orders
Ensure that all shipments leaving the warehouse meet HRS quality standards
Can cope with the workload of heavy days and make efficient use of downtime on light days
Reference order forms to ensure shipment meets what is expected by the client

Skills Requirements

Proficient with software/hardware technology
Proficient in excel
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Work with other teams to improve the overall quality of shipments
