As part of the Product Support team, provide technical support on fuel cell system operation
and maintenance, identify emergent field issues, track failure trends, perform root cause analyses, and drive resolution of technical issues
Manage projects for the Product Support team, cross functional groups within Bloom Energy
(BE), and BE customers with unique technical challenges. Communicate status of projects at various levels within the company and with BE customers via in-depth reporting and meeting coordination
Collaborate with cross functional groups within the company to develop countermeasures for
field issues and push for continuous design improvements
Prepare formal documentation and training material for Field Service Technicians, system operators and BE customers
Manages the Field Service Training program for Field Service in accordance with business needs
Travel to customer sites to provide field support (although based in the office, this position
may require up to 25% travel, usually of short duration)
Perform all work with particular attention to personnel and product safety
