About the Role:

X Games is a pioneering sports and entertainment organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of action sports and youth culture. Our marquee event, the X Games, brings together top athletes and fans from around the world to celebrate the thrill of extreme sports. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic Production team and contribute to the creation of captivating video content.

Responsibilities:

• Media Management: Organize and maintain digital media assets, including video footage, photos, and audio files. Ensure files are properly labeled and stored for easy access.
• Video Editing Assistance: Assist video editors in the editing process, including importing footage, organizing assets, and preparing project files.
• Content Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in video production, Action sports, and digital media to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.  
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the video production team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet creative goals
• Administrative tasks: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team communication.
• General Support: Be adaptable and ready to assist in various aspects of video production and event coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starting attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Open Availability: nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for Action sports and the X Games, is a plus.

Remote US Pay Per Year $60,000-$68,500.
