Spanish Speaking Social Media Moderator - Athens

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Social Media Moderator to join our dynamic team based in Athens. Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Engage with users by responding to comments and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior, ensuring a safe online environment.
• Stay informed of trends in the Spanish-speaking community to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Work collaboratively with content teams to suggest improvements and develop effective social media strategies.
• Analyze engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform ongoing content moderation efforts.
• Remain up to date with industry best practices for social media moderation.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in social media moderation, community engagement, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and how to engage users effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and analytics software.
• Self-disciplined and organized, with the capability to manage tasks in a remote work environment.
