What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Development who will play a crucial role in our sales organization by recruiting, managing and training our Sales Development team members and partnering closely with Sales & Marketing Management to ensure adequate pipeline generation. You’ll be responsible for management, development and execution of strategic tactics for inbound business development. Further, you will be a key member of our sales leadership team and help shape the development of our SDR program in North America. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Productiv inbound customers and the outbound prospect engine that drives new business meetings. The SDR Manager role is key to the success of the company.
Your Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for quota carrying responsibilities attaining 32/qualified meetings across the SDR team/month
- You will manage a front line Sales Development team ensuring inbound and outbound activity targets are met within SLA requirements, resulting in new demand generated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- You will continuously foster and encourage an environment where best practices are developed and then shared with the broader team.
- You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure overall strategies are aligned and continuously improved.
- You will add to an already fun, challenging and results-oriented culture.
- You will deliver weekly trainings to the team to produce ongoing growth in skillset and development across the SDR teamIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
- Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
Who you are:- You find yourself learning, researching and talking about outbound/inbound sales strategies / tactics daily.
- You have proven experience as a SDR/BDR Manager in a quota carry sales position. Using your learnings to creatively direct the team to be more efficient and effective.
- You are candid and clear in your communication style to all stakeholders at Productiv; direct reports, leadership and colleagues.
- You are proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, ZoomInfo and look forward to improving KPIs to drive the performance of the team.
- You have proven experience managing a front-line sales team with the mindset that there is no best, only better when it comes to the success of the SDR team.
- You understanding of Outbound prospecting & Inbound Lead follow up process and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Utilizes data and analytics of results, opportunities, KPI’s, outbound activities, prospecting metrics across the team to make informed decisions, and measure performance against goals.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can easily craft compelling messages and clearly articulate Productiv’s value proposition.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
