Position: Professional, Client Account Services

National Tax Search, LLC a leading Property Tax, Flood Determination and Home Owners Association Management Company is now part of Corelogic. NTS provides comprehensive commercial and residential property services to lenders, mortgagors, real estate owners, default & special servicers, originators, title companies, and attorneys. The Professional, Client Account Services role supports our Commercial Remediation team. This team works with gathering tax information on commercial properties, working directly with the incoming client requests to troubleshoot, handle escalated issues, research to resolve problems and collaborate with multiple internal departments and external resources.
We are looking for that driven individual with a fire to drive the business, enhance our offerings to our commercial clients, impress upon the clients with your professionalism and determination to understand their business and handle all requests with grace.
What you'll handle:
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to client issues or concerns until a resolution is communicated to the client.
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly client meetings and vendor management audits, as required
  • Ensure monthly SLAs are met or exceeded with regard to Customer Service support levels
  • File, manage, and communicate client change requests in TaxQ, Digital TaxQ and other systems as required.
  • Provide input to management on how processes may be improved to continue to provide value to all clients.
  • Implement, maintain and process client SLA reporting as stated in the client contract (scorecards)
Job Qualifications:
What you'll need to be successful
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Previous customer relations or sales management
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.
  • High proficiency with computers, with an emphasis on MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment managing multiple deadlines.
