Business Analyst - Telecommuter!

As a Business Analyst you will:

A week in the life of a Business Analyst:

• Serve as Tier 2 Support Desk representative working with Tier 1 Support Desk and technical team to triage issues and communicate timelines and status.
• Understand business processes and system functionality.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the system aligns with requirements.
• Write user stories resulting in a detailed and complete understanding of project deliverables.
• Gather information from meetings and produce appropriate documentation.
• Participate in system design and reviews test cases to ensure requirements are being met and addresses all impacted areas of the system.
• Create wireframes and workflows using Balsamiq, SnagIt, Excel, and Visio
• Provide input to Weekly and Status Report(s)
• Other Business Analyst Team duties as required.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $65K - $105k. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. • Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of related experience
