Program Analyst Associate

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Reviews sub-contractor invoices for compliance and submits for payment.

Monitors sub-contractor invoices throughout the payment process.
Analyze funding status and calculates additional funding as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 0+ 2 years of related experience finance or business experience
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and KOFAX are a plus.
Security Clearance Level: none
Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and effectively manage subcontractor invoice process for payment resolution.
Preferred Skills: none
Location: 2 days a week are Work-From-Home (WFH) and 3 days a week are in our California, MD office.
