At Tektronix the Service Solutions Operation teams provide the calibration maintenance and repair of sophisticated electronic, mechanical and process control assemblies and instrumentation. We are customer obsessed in all we do and passionate about delivering results! That is why we are adding a dedicated Program Manager to our team to support one of our largest customers in Washington. This position will take on the coordination of high-volume calibration and maintenance needs. Working cross functionally with internal teams and customer teams, they will drive us deliver results and provide a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans and strategies for growing business opportunities.
Travel between customer and Tektronix as needed. Building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external team members.
Supervise and carry out program schedule and expenditures and provide updates on estimates to complete.
Advise and lead major proposal efforts including proposal responses, cost volumes, pricing recommendations, and approvals.
Optimally lead contract negotiations on assigned programs in concert with the assigned Contract Manager.
Generate and release program work authorization documentation, defining scope of work, schedule requirements, program budget, contractual requirements, and data items.
Craft order and sales forecasts for assigned programs.
Assess VOC (voice of customer) data to identify business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of program/project management experience preferably in a technical or field service industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of applicable experience.
Experience in program management or project management in the aerospace/defense, manufacturing, industry.
Proven experience building and sustaining professional relationships at all levels.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through writing.
Proven success managing an enterprise level program and delivering outstanding customer service.
Shown ability to balance multiple priorities.
Experience using CalWeb data management tool preferred.
Department of Defense pricing and contract experience preferred.

National: The salary range for this position is $49,100- $91,100
Bothell, WA: The salary range for this position is $56,465- $104,765
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
