Job Summary:
Provide support for global business expansion of the customer offshore design and manufacturing. Maintaining and managing the migration of sales to meet product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals. Collaborating with Senior program managers in supporting the supply chain strategies.
Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting supply chain programs to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals.

Reviews customer requirements, identifies tasks, complete the task.

Daily process of backlog management includes but not limited to order entry, order changes, shipment tracking and Invoicing.

Updates and maintains critical business information in a database which serve as the migration information system.

Working in a team environment, proactively strategize with internal resources such as product and materials to support global program.

Computer proficiency required including strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, MRP/ERP, and/or analytic programs.

Execute defined tasks, typical daily assignments.

Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Receives initial direction although work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality.

Collaborates with immediate management and team members within the department or function.

Communicate effectively with senior program manager relative to any issues that might negatively impact customers' satisfaction.

Collaboration with other internal departments/teams may be required to perform role.
Work Experience:

Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
