We’re currently looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Franklin, TN.

The role assists in overseeing the business’ security requirements and obligations mandated by standards and regulations such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act (J-SOX), NYDFS CRR-500, Brazil LGPD, and other regulatory requirements. In tandem with security leadership, the Information Risk Assessor assesses and validates the assurance of the security program. As a point of contact for internal and external auditors, the Information Security Analyst monitors progress and enforces resolution of outstanding issues that may lead to non-compliance or security threats to the business. As a key member of the security team, this role must focus on strong risk management and corporate resiliency, and not be driven solely by compliance.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:
Assists with information risk assessments of existing or new services and technologies, along with business counterparts
Assists with identifying appropriate controls to effectively manage information risks as needed
Assists with identifying opportunities to improve risk posture, developing solutions for remediating or mitigating risks and assessing the residual risk
Develops working relationships with individuals and groups involved in managing information risks across the organization

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or min 5 years of equivalent experience
Min 2 years of relevant work experience required
Ability to identify and assess the severity and potential impact of risks. Communicate risk assessment findings to risk owners outside the cybersecurity program in a way that consistently drives objective, fact-based decisions about risk that optimize the trade-off between risk mitigation and business performance.
Ability to apply original and innovative thinking to produce new ideas.
Excellent prioritization capabilities, with an aptitude for breaking down work into manageable parts, effectively assessing the priority and time required to complete each part.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
