Program Manager - R&D

Overview:

R &D PMO team is seeking a driven, results-oriented Program Manager to support the definition and successful execution of strategic R&D programs, with the focus on all aspects of improving Accessibility of the PTC products and services. The Program Manager w ill work with PM, R&D as well as other organizations (such as UX, OCTO, HR) as necessary to define, plan and deliver Accessibility-related initiatives. This job opportunity would be a good fit for the candidates with outstanding analytical abilities, as we ll as passion for building accessible software products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with PM, Engineering, UX, HR and other teams on delivering projects to meet PTC Digital accessibility and inclusive design goals.
• Contribute into the research of the Accessibility and inclusive design best practices as prioritized by the business and assigned.
• Contribute into the assessment of Accessibility of the PTC products portfolio.
• Contribute into the UX testing of UX/UI changes to PTC products and provide feedback from the inclusivity of the design standpoint.
• Run and contribute into other programs per R&D emerging priorities.
• Collaborate with other Program and Release managers to define and improve organizational standards for programs, releases, processes, and best practices.
