Brief Job Description
The Evenings and Weekends Assistant is an entry-level position responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support to the Director in the areas of student activities, campus programming, student union operations, evening and weekend engagement, and large-scale programs. The position will assist in the planning, design, implementation, and coordination of campus activities and programs that focus on student engagement, creating a sense of belonging and community and supporting campus-wide retention efforts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in college program development
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience at a college or university with clubs and organizations, student activities, or evening and weekend programs
  • Experience in planning or implementing college programs
