As a Manager, Inside Sales you will lead a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth across four key products: WhatsUp Gold, Flowmon, Chef, and LoadMaster. You’ll shape strategies, foster team performance, and ensure strong client relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is vital to optimizing sales operations and delivering measurable success within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH region, analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Your background:
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive results.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities to inspire team performance.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience with channel sales and integrating new products into existing sales structures
