We are looking for a Project Administrator that will execute regular tasks to support the functionality of our Voice Recognition and Assignment offering. The person in this role will be a member of the Customer Support team while working closely with Product Managers and Machine Learning Engineers over the Voice Recognition offering. This role will include all needed training of our Voice Recognitions offering and internal tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned audits on a client account’s Voice Recognition setup.
  • Follow our playbook for tickets related to Voice Recognition.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to an account’s Voice Recognition and escalate needed Support Tickets to Machine Learning Engineers.
  • Operate within defined Service Level Agreements for procedure and timeline.
  • Assist in calculating data trends in relation to Voice Recognition through manual investigation.
  • Communicate interdepartmentally between Support, Product, Consulting, and Implementation to complete Voice Recognition tasks.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a high-volume Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Call Center setting.
  • Knowledge of software packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Documents, Spreadsheets, Email, etc.) required
  • Microsoft SQL query experience is desired
  • Exceptional listener and communicator; Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on work assignments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent research and documentation skills
  • Ability and interest to learn proprietary systems
