Volt is immediately hiring a Project Coordinator for immediate hire.
As a Project Coordinator you will:
- Provide project management for priority initiatives with the Purchasing team that will drive cost optimization
- Create and ensure timely completion of project timelines
- Tracking deliverables
- Take meeting minutes an summarize meeting agendas an objectives
- Create presentations to showcase data and project updates
- Budget tracking
This is a temporary role expected to last 6 months. It offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our top talent. This role is full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm requiring the ability to work 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed Bachelors degree
- 1 year or more of project management / project coordinator experience
- Strong proficiency using MS PowerPoint
- Be strong with taking meeting minutes and creating agendas
- Experience with MS Project and Visio preferred, not required
Pay Rate: $30-45/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
