Volt is immediately hiring a Project Coordinator for immediate hire.
As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Provide project management for priority initiatives with the Purchasing team that will drive cost optimization
• Create and ensure timely completion of project timelines
• Tracking deliverables
• Take meeting minutes an summarize meeting agendas an objectives
• Create presentations to showcase data and project updates
• Budget tracking

This is a temporary role expected to last 6 months. It offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our top talent. This role is full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm requiring the ability to work 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed Bachelors degree
• 1 year or more of project management / project coordinator experience
• Strong proficiency using MS PowerPoint
• Be strong with taking meeting minutes and creating agendas
• Experience with MS Project and Visio preferred, not required

Pay Rate: $30-45/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
