About the Role

We are looking for a project director to help manage complex engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for customers. This position will involve close collaboration with customers, partners, and engineers at Applied to make this fast-paced project a success.

At Applied, you will:

Execute projects as the single point of contact, track progress, and ensure successful completion of all the milestones, metrics, and final deliverables
Engage customers continuously to understand further pain points and areas for more project engagements
Balance multiple priorities effectively and ensure efficiency for projects and deliverables
Support communication with stakeholders via regular project progress updates, presentations, and meetings
Manage the collaboration with external partners for the project to ensure that deliverables are provided within project timelines

We're looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant technical field
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or project management role
Prior experience in managing complex projects within automotive or robotics area
Strong project management skills
Self-motivation and is comfortable operating without direct supervision

Nice to have:

3+ years of technical hands-on SW or HW experience
Experience in series production deployments of technology at a large OEM
