The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the execution of maintenance programs for surface and insulation on various offshore installations.
Be responsible for HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), planning, quality, and cost for your own portfolio.
Collaborate closely with our suppliers.
Conduct occasional offshore travels.
Lead andparticipate in various improvement projects and network activities.

"Never a dull day at work" is what describes us best! As a project leader with us, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects related to insulation, scaffolding, and surface. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations organization both onshore and offshore, as well as collaborate closely with our suppliers. You will also be a driving force in adopting new and innovative solutions such as the use of robots, new technology, 3D models, and visualization tools. Perhaps you can contribute to ensuring that we carry out maintenance in an even safer and more efficient manner in the future?

Experience as a Project Leader or similar within Oil & Gas or another relevant industry, or broad experience within Surface & Insulation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, however relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
High focus on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Strong digital competence.
Ability to identify, communicate, and manage risks.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong leadership skills, as well as an innovative and commercially oriented mindset.
The ability to communicate fluently in Scandinavian, as well as the ability to communicate in English.
