Project Manager

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI), An AspenTech Business, is a fast-paced, growing, high technology company, headquartered in Medina, Minnesota. As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.

The Role

We currently have openings for a Project Manager. In this position you will manage all phases of medium to large projects and will be responsible for project execution, project profitability and customer satisfaction. Specific on-the-job training will be provided. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Develop and/or oversee project plans and schedules.
Manage the contract change process as needed.
Coordinate and organize project implementation plans and project activities.
Ensure that projects are properly tested, approved and documented, per OSI quality standards.
Drive the strategy for projects based on the business unit's priorities.
Lead and coach assigned project team members.
Manage and determine budget, timelines, priorities and resources for the project.
Proactively establish mitigation plans and manage project risks and issues.
Primary point of contact and overseer of customer communication.

Your Impact

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field.
1-5 years of project management experience for entry level positions.
Ability to manage highly technical and complex projects.
Business leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal teams and customers.

What You'll Need

Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Microsoft Project.
