Warehouse Associate

This position is based in the company’s Medina, MN location and reports into the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions within our warehouse facility.

• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions. Ensure that all transactions are accurate and documented.
• Ensure the timely receipt and distribution of all deliveries according to established requirements.
• Process and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper material controls.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area with materials in identified storage, holding and nonconformance areas.
• Perform unpacking and packing of computer hardware.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and material nonconformances.
• Participate in problem resolution and process improvement initiatives as requested.

• High school diploma or GED.
• The ability to push, pull, lift up to 51 pounds and perform other flexible movement regularly and routinely.
• Ability to effectively self-direct and work independently.
• Professional attitude and demeanor with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
