Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage all aspects and phases of day-to-day projects and client relationships. This includes drafting estimates, managing teams and resources, to execute against the client’s ask. This person will produce and distribute status reports and meeting recaps, ensuring the brief is clear and actionable against.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary contact for our clients. Expected to maintain and help grow those relationships and manage, meet, and exceed client expectations throughout the lifecycle of every digital project.
- Independently develop and manage schedules and communicate out all milestones and deadlines with all team members and clients.
- Provide strategic thought and value to the client.
Manage internal communication with technology team, strategy, and creative teams.
Requirements:
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar job function) at an advertising or marketing agency.
Experience with digitally focused campaign deliverables. Web, video, email, broadcast.
- HS diploma required, Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
- Previous experience with Basecamp or similar project management software required.
- Possess a high attention to detail, be a self-starter, organized, and proactive.
