Job Profile Summary:

CAI is hiring!

We are seeking a Project Manager. This is a 12-month contract engagement. Please note - this position will be remote after the first 2 weeks and with occasional visits to the client (quarterly or as needed) in Trenton New Jersey.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Works closely on the implementation with internal stakeholders and supplier development and test teams

· Manages day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for project tasks.

· Works cross functionally with both technical and business colleagues and 3rd party integration teams to drive implementation and see through the full project lifecycle

· Performs detailed requirements analysis and leads technical specification review sessions with various stakeholders

· Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; gathers critical information from meetings and produces informative reportsWrite clear and well-structured project documents, including but not limited to Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Training Plan, Risk Management Plan, use cases, High-level system design, project deliverable tracker.

· Responsible for delivery of all work tasks identified in the project plan.

· Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

· Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work efforts across application teams.

· Responsible for the capture and reporting of required statistical and narrative reports containing findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.

· Monitors project milestones and phases to ensure the project is on schedule; takes corrective actions and/or escalate to leadership if a milestone begins to slip its schedule.

· Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

· Maintain proper lines of communication across entire project team; identify communication gaps and resolve with assistance from leadership timely

· Performs risk assessments and identify and evaluate alternative solutions.

· Manages overall health of the project, troubleshooting issues as they arise; coordinates, and supervises the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) end to end procedure for business needs/initiatives

· Drive disparate teams though analysis and use information to define/map, measure, improve and control business processes

· Conducts the variance analysis and assists in the change control process to ensure all changes are documented and follow predefined processes.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

· BS Computer related degree with significant project management experience in digital / eCommerce project experience

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or PRINCE2 certification in good standing desired (not required)

· More than 5 years of experience in planning and organizing complex projects

· More than 3 years of experience in managing eCommerce and Web technologies projects, and/or Website/Mobile implementation projects.

· Solid working knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

· Excellent documentation skills.

· Expertise creating Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Visio flowcharts as needed to support the project.

· Acute attention to detail, and excellent analytical skill; Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment

· Proven ability to liaison between business units and technology teams; Very good written and oral communication skills with different stakeholder groups (customer, internal, business, IT)

· Proficiency in Risk and Change Management

· Basic knowledge in the WIC domain or benefit eligibility system is required

· Hands-on experience in POS systems, 3rd-party processor (TPP), and/or Retail environment is a plus

· Experience in documentation for USDA deliverables is preferred

Physical Demands:

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

· Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

· Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
