Responsibilities

Perform technical integrations with carriers and freight forwarders
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure real-time visibility into performance metrics
Communicate and follow-up with carriers to ensure integration success
Identify and assist underperforming carrier partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network operations with business objectives
Implement process improvements for daily operations

Education
