Our client is a Loan Officer with a fast-growing mortgage and real estate firm. They have a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to business and need a Virtual Assistant who can keep pace, stay organized, and inject a bit of personality into the work. If you’re an organized multitasker with a knack for social media, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact.
Location:
Fully-remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Calendar Management
Manage and prioritize emails, organize inboxes, and respond promptly.
Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and ensure daily schedules run smoothly.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized files, manage documents, and ensure accurate tracking of client data.
Oversee document management and keep projects on track.
Social Media Coordination
Post and manage social media content to keep the brand visible and engaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative assets; proficiency in Canva is a plus.
Campaign & Content Support
Assist with creating presentation slides and marketing materials using templates.
Enter project requests and track deadlines in the marketing platform to ensure timely completion.
Client & Industry Coordination
Be a responsive, knowledgeable support in client interactions.
Quickly learn the basics of the mortgage and real estate industries to assist effectively.

Social Media Engagement: Regular, on-brand posts that increase audience engagement and align with the marketing strategy.
Client Responsiveness: Prompt, accurate responses to client inquiries and seamless client interactions.
Proactive Solutions: Anticipating needs, suggesting improvements, and looking for ways to streamline operations.
Positive Collaboration: Building a supportive, collaborative relationship with the team and contributing to a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role, preferably client-facing.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Outlook, OneDrive, and calendar/email management.
Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for social media support.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Personality: Witty, resourceful, and skilled in clear communication.
Quick Learner: Ability to adapt, learn new tools and processes, and work independently.
Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in mortgage or real estate is a plus but not required.
