Your Mission
The Demand Marketing Manager, Enterprise will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact enterprise marketing engine that drives pipeline and revenue growth for our largest customer segment. Sitting at the center of marketing, sales, and customer success, this role calls for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who knows how to connect the dots across teams, channels, and campaigns.
We’re looking for someone with experience marketing to enterprise buyers in SaaS—especially in complex, considered sales cycles—who can craft and scale ABM programs, partner tightly with sales, and turn insights into action. You’ll thrive here if you love building from the ground up, believe in data-backed decisions, and enjoy turning ambitious goals into predictable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the Enterprise Marketing Plan: Build and manage a cohesive, measurable marketing plan aligned to enterprise ARR goals.
Own ABM Strategy & Execution: Stand up a full ABM motion—from segmentation to targeting to channel mix to campaign execution—using proven best practices and innovative ideas.
Drive Cross-Team Coordination: Align closely with Sales, SDRs, and CS to ensure seamless execution across the funnel. Be the quarterback of enterprise go-to-market efforts.
Campaign Management: Launch, track, and optimize campaigns across channels (digital, email, events, outbound, etc.). Identify moments that “move the needle.”
Attribution & Analytics: Define an attribution model and conduct rigorous analysis on program impact across the funnel—from awareness to closed-won.
Forecasting & Planning: Build a data-backed enterprise marketing investment plan with predictable revenue outcomes.
Templates, Testing, and Iteration: Leverage historical learnings and A/B testing to guide what “good” looks like in messaging, cadence, and creative direction.
Hands-on Execution: Draft or refine campaign copy (emails, ads, landing pages), build briefs, orchestrate Asana tasks, and manage channel vendors as needed.
Process Management: Keep the plan, team, and moving parts organized with disciplined project and process management.
Internal Evangelism: Keep key stakeholders updated, informed, and excited about enterprise marketing’s progress and wins.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or enterprise demand generation.
Proven track record building and scaling ABM programs that tie back to revenue.
Strong analytical skills—you live in dashboards, test everything, and can confidently present data-driven decisions.
You’ve worked closely with sales before—and enjoy it.
Strong writing chops—you can easily and quickly get a message 80% of the way there and know what good looks like.
Project management excellence—you’re organized, detail-oriented, and never let a ball drop.
Experience managing campaigns through tools like HubSpot, RollWorks, 6sense, Asana, and other technology/tools that you’ll bring to Prokeep.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing through influence.
