Skills

Experience in Technical Account Management or Solution Architecture.
Proficiency in Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Scala.
Understanding of complex data engineering problems.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Understand business objectives through an engineering lens.
Act as a trusted advisor and main contact during deployments.
Oversee project lifecycle, including schedules and deliverables.
Foster relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
Coordinate across teams to resolve customer issues.
Develop best practices for Prophecy delivery.
Train and onboard customers on using Prophecy.
