In this role, you'll be the key connector between our channel partners and their clients, building strong relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. As a CBDM, you'll be responsible for mastering our sales process and showcasing the ProService value proposition in a compelling way.This is an ideal position for someone with strong negotiation skills who is passionate about building strong business partnerships, and eager to make a difference.What You Bring To The Team• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels.• Intermediate knowledge of banking products.• Tenacity, resilience, and passion to achieve results, and the need to win.• Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans.• Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment. Experience canvassing and cold calling local businesses in various industries.• Effective negotiation skills proven to close new business.• Willingness to collaborate and contribute to our norm of "winning as a team".• Professional demeanor.
