The Project Coordinator (PC) for Commercial Consulting serves a key role in our consulting team. The incumbent will support project analyst(s) and project manager(s) in facilitating successful completion of projects by coordinating scheduling assignments for the field team, updating and maintaining accurate project files and documents, and ensuring proper device tracking and inventory. The PC is pertinent in managing and allocating resources to maximize field professionals’ production and timely project completion.
Essential Functions
· Design field testing professional schedules based on active RFPs and contracts.
· Update schedule assignments to expedite project deadlines when possible.
· Regularly attend meetings with project teams and management to ensure deadlines are achieved.
· Alert project managers or management to any issues with scheduling and coordinate meetings with project managers to present major schedule updates as needed.
· Provide analysis of schedule updates to Director on all active projects identifying scheduling efficiencies for maximum production.
· Assist Project Manager(s) and Project Analyst(s) on project documentation by:
o Updating folders and documents
o Packing and shipping devices as requested
o Tracking device inventory
o Communicating on backend quality assurance from field testing professionals.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
· Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with multiple moving parts and various levels of management and team members.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
· Associate degree preferred.
· At least one year of experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, etc.
· Experience providing administrative and operational support to management.
