Role Overview

As a Client Partner at Provectus, you'll be the trusted advisor, ​​driving the entire project lifecycle - from business development through to delivery oversight.. You'll work closely with clients to understand their strategies, objectives, and industry challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to help them meet their goals. Your role is crucial in growing our client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery across all Provectus offerings.



What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Sales and Business Development:
- Serve as the strategic driver for projects, from pursuit to delivery, with direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m-$5m.
- Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Provectus offerings based on client needs and industry trends.
- Drive business development, creating SOWs and RFP responses with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise.
- Build and maintain Provectus' footprint within assigned accounts, partnering with clients to influence strategic business and technical direction.

  • Delivery Oversight:
- Provide delivery oversight for all client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations. Take a hands-on role in delivery when necessary, contributing to the success of key projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, financials, and client relationships to safeguard the success of engagements.
- Ensure governance frameworks are implemented to maintain delivery excellence, monitor project progress, and adhere to timelines.

  • Thought Leadership and Client Engagement:
- Stay continuously up-to-date with the latest industry trends, cloud technologies, and AI/ML best practices. Apply this knowledge hands-on to address client challenges and identify new opportunities, offering practical and innovative solutions.
- Engage in thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements and publications, to elevate Provectus' industry presence.


What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years of management/leadership experience, with a track record in advanced agile project delivery and consulting expertise.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to lead with empathy.
  • Ability to lead initiatives around client strategy, engagement, and retention, guiding teams toward exceeding client expectations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing C-level relationships and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in delivery oversight and project management, ensuring successful client outcomes through strong leadership and governance practices.
  • Deep industry expertise and network in the Technology vertical.
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in AI/ML, data & analytics and cloud partner ecosystems (AWS & GCP) with the ability to apply this expertise to solve client challenges.
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
