Acts as primary point of contact for caregivers and core leaders for HR and employment related matters. Serves as a trusted advisor and advocate for caregivers and core leaders. Facilitates resolution for HR related concerns. Supports HR team to provide solutions and outcomes to address caregiver and core leader needs. Supports implementation of HR programs and processes.
