Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Providence Is Calling a Manager Revenue Integrity Who Will• Develop, implement and evaluate business processes associated with charge capture and revenue monitoring• Ensure account and claim information contains comprehensive and accurate data• Provide timely, compliant billing and optimal reimbursement for services• Be responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing CDM updates and charge capture initiatives and processes to ensure revenue management and protection• Maintain working relationships with Department Leaders, Finance and all Revenue Cycle departments• Oversee the management of the assigned Revenue Integrity staff in the following areas:• Performance of duties related to charge accuracy audits and revenue cycle support services• Education to departments regarding proper charging and government billing edits (NCCI, MUE's, Coding Pairs, LCD, NCD), etc.• Complete metrics analysis to identify root causes• Report findings to leadership, and work with other department leaders to address associated issuesProvidence welcomes applicants to apply who reside in the following States:• Alaska• Washington• Oregon• Montana• California• TexasRequired Qualifications For This Position Include• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Accounting, Business, Health Information Management, Health Administration, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience• 5+ Years of experience in Revenue Cycle (Experience may include: Revenue Integrity, Business Office, Patient Access, HIM/Coding, etc.)• Experience working with revenue cycle team members to accomplish specific objectives• Experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work• Proven track record in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes• Track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast paced environmentPreferred Qualifications For This Position Include• 3+ years of Supervisory experienceSalary Range by Location:• AK: Anchorage: Min: $51.16, Max: $82.36• AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85• California: Humboldt: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85• California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $59.84, Max: $96.32• California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85• California: Bakersfield: Min: $51.16, Max: $82.36• Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $41.19, Max: $66.31• Montana: Great Falls: Min: $39.02 Max: $62.82• Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $47.70 Max: $76.78• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $51.16, Max: $82.36• Texas: Min: $39.02 Max: $62.82• Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85• Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $51.16, Max: $82.36• Washington: Tukwila: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85• Washington: Eastern: Min: $45.53, Max: $73.29• Washington: Southeastern: Min: $47.70 Max: $76.78Why Join Providence?Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
