**Overview:**PGIM Real Estate is a business of PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 2025 Real Estate, Investment Analyst Program. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential new investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and providing analytical support on a wide variety of assignments. **Responsibilities:**• Conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential new investment opportunities• Underwriting and analysis to support asset management decisions (e.g., leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios, property valuations, and joint venture structuring)• Creating and implementing strategies for developments, renovations/repositionings, and capital projects• Collaborating with external parties including leasing/sales brokers, property managers, joint venture partners, and legal counsel• Providing analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and preparation of loan briefs for investment committee approval• *Qualifications:**• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program or 5th year master's program graduating between December 2024 and May 2025• Minimum GPA of 3.0• Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
