Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.Kepware industrial connectivity solutions are software licenses that are sold by the inside sales and strategic account teams to end-users, systems integrators, OEMs and various types of resellers. All newly purchased software licenses come with 1 year of support and maintenance.The Kepware Renewal Sales team is responsible for pursuing renewal opportunities the year after a customer initially purchases their Kepware licenses. Renewal sales reps each have a pipeline of renewal opportunities to pursue (typically divvied up by region) each quarter, and they work towards a team incentive number.Renewal representatives work closely with the inside sales and strategic accounts teams to ensure customers are renewing the correct license, and in many cases, co-termed with their entire Kepware inventory. Renewal sales reps also work closely with technical support to ensure that any customer that opens a case with regards to a software issue is doing so with a license that is under an active support and maintenance contract.Day-To-Day:• You will be responsible for maintaining a renewal sales pipeline to inform clients of their upcoming renewals and work with them to consolidate contracts. This involves sending initial renewal notices to the customer, following a set follow-up cadence, keeping track of all incoming deals Share for a quarter, and closing deals to hit our team incentive number.• You work on in-bound case requests for customers who contact Kepware that are not under active support and maintenance contracts. This will involve informing the customer that their support contracts have lapsed and working to get them back under active contracts.• You may also take on improvement projects to enhance our sales process and grow our renewal rate.Preferred Skills and Knowledge:• Detail Oriented Excellent communication and comprehension skills both written and verbal Customer focused.• Confidence working with clients and building sales rapport Driven for results and self-development• Excellent priority setting skills, self-discipline• Salesforce experience is preferredAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
