About the client ....
This is a new client for Zenith International as the result of a recent competitive pitch win. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow and progress their careers.
The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid-range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently.
This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across 43 local markets in a centralised regional model.
About the work....
What you need to succeed...
We are looking for an experienced Digital Operations Director for one of our large agency clients. Your strong leadership skills, digital activation expertise, and strategic superpowers will come into play whilst talking to senior clients and internal stakeholders in multiple markets and leading the Team to greatness. Your ability to multitask and digital strategy, planning, activation, and operations are second to none and will be called upon every day.
As a genuine people person who is digitally (activation) very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across 40+ markets with a large team which is involved in all elements of the client’s digital advertising.
This role is dedicated and will sit within the ENA regional hub team based in Zenith International. The role will lead the digital hub operations (social, search, programmatic activation). You will be expected to form a strong relationship with the Hub Lead to drive best practice and leverage valuable learnings and wider team members on the account for full digital collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital, designing and refining process and must have exceptional problem-solving abilities enabling them to understand key blockers affecting delivery.
