Job Description

The EVP of Performance Media and Analytics will spearhead Global digital marketing strategies for a prominent fintech client within our media agency. This role demands expertise in performance/acquisition marketing, deep data analysis, and the integration of technology stacks to drive client-specific registration KPIs. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of our acquisition and performance media strategies, leveraging analytics to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance. Collaborating closely with local market teams and the AdTech lead, this role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with the client's business objectives, ensuring strategies are data-driven, results-oriented, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Globally lead and support all aspects of performance marketing strategies for our fintech client, focusing on achieving registration KPIs and new customer acquisition growth objectives.
  • Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths and opportunities for optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic while ensuring we have a pipeline of scalable innovation.
  • Develop a global CRO strategy and operationalize regionally with local teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the AdTech lead to integrate and optimize technology stacks for enhanced campaign performance and data utilization. (advanced experience with Adobe, Adobe Attribution AI, Kochava, AppsFlyer, mParticle, Epsilon- COREID).
  • Work directly with regional and local market teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of client's objectives across different geographies.
  • Implement rigorous testing and data analysis techniques to continually refine and enhance media strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in performance marketing, fintech industry standards, and digital analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports and insights to both the agency leadership and the client, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that all deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing and media, with a significant focus on performance marketing and analytics in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex digital campaigns for fintech or related industries, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in AdTech and MarTech stack integration and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving growth objectives for clients.
