Job Description

Sr. Associate - is the "Master of the Partner Details" - able to run small to medium sized projects. The goal for this role is to learn and understand foundational media executional strategies to start playing a more active role in the planning process.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

Main Responsibilities

Knowledge

  • Understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
  • Understanding of client's business and goals
  • Understanding of the planning process
  • Understanding of the media marketplace and partner landscape
  • Understanding of agency planning tools
  • Help with media planning prep - consideration set development, RFP issuance/management
  • Responsible for media placement taxonomy configuration
  • Responsible for campaign launch management
  • Monitor brand safety & verification
  • Responsible for creative spec management
  • Responsible for partner level forecasting

Internal + External Relationships

  • Develop relationships with media partners
  • You will report to an Associate Director on the Partner Direct team

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Exposure to planning any of the following media & audience campaigns: Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio - Terrestrial & Streaming, Print, OOH, HCP, and Payer/Managed Markets
  • Proficient in MediaTools & ComScore
