Working Student Tax (all genders)

To further support our Consolidation and Treasury team we are looking for a Working Student (all genders) to join us in our Berlin office! Your tasks will include:

  • Helping to prepare and file monthly or quarterly VAT returns
  • Conducting research to address tax-related inquiries from various departments
  • Assisting with administrative and professional responsibilities (such as managing the incoming mail folder and updating internal directories)
  • Examining invoices for VAT compliance
  • Keeping track of deadlines
  • Reviewing tax assessments
  • Aiding in the development of tax returns
  • Facilitating the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Assisting with international issues (e.g., double taxation agreements)
  • Currently enrolled at a recognized German university, actively pursuing a degree in Finance, Tax or similar.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of German tax regulations, Ability to navigate tax system complexities professionally.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, any additional language is a plus.
