Job Summary :

Reporting to the QC Manager, the Quality IE coordinates and performs various facets of quality control and inspection functions within QC department, ensuring standards are maintained or surpassed.

Job Descriptions :

• Refers to Quality policy and procedures; ensuring QC daily activities are compliant to required standards and procedures.
• Creates WI, CP, Form, SAP report and IUT Scan Plan, reviews and revises to reflect the currency of activities.
• Follows up with internal and external Audit findings.
• Responsible for QC HSE.
• Responsible for creation of training plan for new inspectors and conducting the training.
• Provides Dimension and NDE theory and practical training as required.
• Conducts Competency Check for NDE inspectors.
• Maintains inspectors' skills Database.
• Arranges internal/ external training if required.
• Implements CMS as required.
• Process Validation/ Improvement.
• Work on continual improvement projects.
• Coordinates with external vendors for QC related jobs and service.
