Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the product team, supporting the development and management of the digital asset trading ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product strategies, and ensure timely delivery of impactful products that align with our mission.

  • Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap to support business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (trading, operations, risk, and compliance teams) to gather requirements and define product features.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and deliverables.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and propose innovative product solutions.
  • Support end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including PRDs, user guides, and training materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (experience in crypto, fintech, or trading is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or trading platforms is advantageous.
