Within our Professional Services (PS) organization, we are looking for technically savvy individuals that want to help carry out the PS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda. Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity and desire to identify root causes of strange problems but find the most effective solutions to meet the customer’s need are who we are looking for!

As a Professional Services intern, you will internally support exceptional customer experiences by working closely with team members to provide creative solutions to project-based assignments  primarily involving the project management support of customer implementations and project based work for internal projects. You will work closely with your manager or project lead to understand the assignment and actions to complete them within the Project Management Office (PMO)

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborates with members of the PS Customer Onboarding team to complete project based assignments within defined time frames and/or meeting identified deadlines.
  • Although this is not a customer facing role, you will be expected to complete tasks with outputs that are both customer facing and internal:
    • Responsible for understanding expectations and timeline of assigned projects and reaching out for clarity.
    • Shows attention to detail pertaining to assigned projects.
    • Ensure that all Onboarding team members are following the Implementation Process
    • Working closely with the Onboarding leadership team on projects related to customer implementations of QGenda’s products.
  • Relative to working closely with the PMO:
    • Working closely with the Professional Services Application tool (PSA) to assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking process and updating project schedules.
    • Collaborate with PMO resources to collect and analyze project data for reporting purposes
    • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions related to project planning and execution
    • Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
    • Assist in creating and updating project-related communication materials.
  • Relative to working closely with the Workforce Management Team:
    • Assist in the creation of reports for workload balancing for the PMO Team
    • Assist in creation of presentations to display the reports for leadership consumption
  • Submits hours worked according to company policy
  • Other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership.

  • Proven ability to interact across organizations to ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers.
  • Possess personal drive beyond expectation to provide additional value to the department and company.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.  Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgment skills required coupled with flexibility in assignments and multitasking.  
  • Ability to work self sufficiently remotely.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. 

 

Required

  • High School diploma  required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program
  • Ability to travel for training to the Atlanta office
