The Role:
Our Business Intelligence team is growing! We’re now looking for an ambitious, KPI-driven, and experienced CRM Data Analyst to join our team in London or Leeds.
As a CRM Data Analyst to play a central role in driving key decisions across every aspect of the business during a period of rapid growth. The Analyst will sit within the data team, and be responsible for providing vital analysis and insights, working with different teams to scope, build and roll-out a range of strategic initiatives.

We’re looking for someone data-driven and passionate about developing their skills in data handling and reporting. You should strive to get to the bottom of problems, love getting into the details, and won’t stop until you have all the answers. You are comfortable working with large and complex data sets and use them to prepare key reports and insights to influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a key role in QiH’s BI strategy and analytical requirements
Analyse and optimise our email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance
Leverage data insights to inform strategy and drive results across our email initiatives
End to End Business Intelligence development
Support the development of the Data Warehouse structure
Oversee Front end visualisation in Tableau
Analyse email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
Segment and target email lists to maximise engagement and effectiveness of campaigns
Build dashboards in Tableau as per business specifications and partner with the data team to utilise the latest development in Tableau to improve data source and dashboard performance
Build strong relationships across all of the different teams in the business, becoming a trusted source of business intelligence
Create technical documentation for BI tools and provide technical support and training for BI reports, dashboards, and tools to end users
About You:
Degree in a maths/science-based subject
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data-driven and passionate about using testing and research to justify business decisions
Ability to work on own initiative and drive tasks forward
Comfortable dealing with large and complex data sets
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Eager to learn new skills, and are constantly looking for new ways to expand professional knowledge
You thrive when working as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent written and verbal English skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Tableau, Excel, and Google Big Query
Understanding of SQL
Experience using A/B testing software
Background of working with marketing data, data mining and analysis
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
