Who You’ll Be Working With

Join our collaborative and vibrant team of Qogitians, dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and claims management. As a Claims Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals while contributing to the smooth functioning of our marketplace. You’ll also engage with external stakeholders, including sellers and couriers, building valuable connections and gaining insights into B2B operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Claims Management:

    • Review claims with a keen eye for detail.

    • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and updated in our systems.

    • Track claim progress and liaise with couriers and sellers to address any discrepancies.

  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Proactively communicate with sellers and couriers to ensure claims are resolved efficiently.

    • Follow up on pending issues and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

    • Escalate unresolved claims to senior team members when necessary.

  • Operational Support:

    • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure claims and other operational processes run smoothly.

    • Assist in maintaining accurate administrative records and databases.

    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the claims team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with claims or operational tasks is a plus.

  • You are enrolled in a Dutch/EU educational institution as a 3rd/4th-year student pursuing an HBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Enthusiasm for learning about claims, operations, and logistics.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian or Polish) are a bonus.
