WHO YOU ARE
A driven and curious young professional interested in Operations and Logistics or a relevant field. Someone that loves problem-solving, getting stuck into work, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers to manage orders to successful completion.
In this role, you will need to be extremely well-organized and pay attention to detail. You will assist in monitoring, reviewing, and actioning the process of fulfilling and handling orders (including troubleshooting and handling claims/aftercare issues). You will follow our operations playbook and strive to deliver operational excellence, ensuring Qogita delivers at the highest industry standard. You will have a great opportunity at Qogita to learn and grow as an individual and team member within a fast-paced scaling-up business that thrives on a unique culture and set of values.
As we are a global company with headquarters across the EU, any additional European language competencies would be an added bonus.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Assist in tracking orders through our admin portal and CRM tools
Support in resolving any fulfillment issues that may arise through working closely with suppliers
Use monitoring systems to identify and address potential problems
Contribute to optimizing supply chain and logistical flows
Assist in gathering seller feedback and contribute to improving our product for our buyers and suppliers
Internship project on a selected topic
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Logistics, Business or a related field
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency in using admin portals, CRM tools, and monitoring systems
Based in Amsterdam
