WHO YOU ARE
A driven and curious Operations professional, with 1-3 years of experience in Logistics & Fulfilment. Someone that loves problem solving, getting stuck into work, processing orders and liaising with suppliers to manage orders to successful completion.
In this role, you will need to be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail. You will be monitoring, reviewing, and actioning the process of fulfilling and handling orders (including trouble shooting and handling claims/after care issues). You will follow our operations playbook and strive to deliver operational excellency and ensure Qogita delivers at the highest industry standard. You will have a great opportunity at Qogita to grow as an individual and team member within a fast pace scaling up business that thrives on a unique culture and set of values.
As we are a global company with headquarters across the EU, any additional European language competencies would be an added bonus.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
We are a small, highly diverse, close-knit team of Qogitians. The Operations Associates are key part of the company's success; the team is building out robust policies and initiatives and a one-of-a-kind internal environment.
The majority of the work is done from home in a remote-first environment with optional offices in London and Amsterdam. We appreciate meeting in person from time to time and make sure we do that in teams/company-wide set up at least twice a year.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Track orders through our admin portal and CRM tools
Resolve claims front to end - liasing with both buyers and suppliers on our platform
Proactively resolve operational challenges with sellers and help improve their way of working
Keep up-to-date on the latest fulfillment practices and procedures
Manage suppliers, communicate directly with them daily to ensure smooth operations.
Gather customer feedback and help improve our product for our buyers and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, claims resolution, or the health and beauty industry
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using admin portals, CRM tools, and monitoring systems
